The property can be easily divided for two completely separate homes or left open to accommodate larger groups. Both homes are almost identical in layout and positioned for the most privacy. Sleek low maintenance polished concrete countertops match the polished concrete floors throughout the home. To maximize the natural lighting in the home and optimize airflow, large high windows let in the light and add to the jungle views. There are stunning teak ceilings throughout the two homes and even a custom local wood wall unit in the living room. Each master suite is complete with a large walk-in closet and a full bath with a rain shower. There is a second full guest bath, a laundry room, and a second master bedroom.

Each home comes complete with high-efficiency AC in each of the three main rooms. Each master opens with sliders onto a large covered patio with high teak ceilings, fans, and plenty of area for lounging by the pool or entertaining your guests. There are two pools nicely landscaped and plenty of open areas for gardens.

There are two separate sliding gates allowing various configurations possible for ingress/egress to the property. Two parking spaces are located inside the property and a back entrance to a private road short cut to the beach!
